I bought a truck from vendor Ford in Easley SC. I purchased the truck February 1,2025. The truck quit March 28, 2925. The part is on national back order. The truck was in their shop for one week of that.Jacob Kent ( the manager) suggested that I let my truck go back and buy another one from them. Who in their right mind would make a suggestion like that very unprofessional. An absolute insult that is a big NO for me. I didn’t want anything for free. I didn’t want to trade my vehicle. I needed help. I still need help. I do not recommend Benson Ford in Easley, South Carolina. More

We went down after several calls and Harry had everything ready, plus a backup just incase. Harry is extremely thorough and explains everything. If he doesn’t know he will find out. We also worked with Lisa to get help on my computer. She was also very friendly and helpful. Needless to say we drove home with what we wanted. Benson Ford treats you like family not just a customer.
