Other than Will, out car pick-up was horrible. ...it took more than 3 hours, we missed our granddaughter's birthday party, and we had to come back as only one key/FOB was found for the car. My son and I drove a little over 2 hours as they had a used vehicle he was looking for. The car was definitely a popular vehicle and we had missed out on 3 by us.
