My first experience was great. My most recent experience was not. I had a check in my hand ready to purchase a vehicle and I had to wait 2 hours to get paperwork signed even with n My most recent experience was not. I had a check in my hand ready to purchase a vehicle and I had to wait 2 hours to get paperwork signed even with notice of when I would be in the building. ALSO I had been texting with an employee to fix an issue after having the car for only 2 weeks. We set up an appointment and when I showed up for the appointment I was sent away and told it was never scheduled. I had already made arrangements to get a ride as I had to drop off my car for diagnosis. I am not happy and will not be returning. Thanks but no thanks. More

I was referred to your business by Johonna and she steered us to a great sales person. Kasey picked up on what I needed and found the car that I wanted, We have been GM people all our lives and whil steered us to a great sales person. Especially when a knowledgeable team can work together so well. Everyone was friendly and after such a long day I was exhausted and not functioning on all cylinders but your crew got me to a better place. I just wish that Chevy would provide an owner's manual.
