Negotiated with Jeff, Scott, Jacob for close to two weeks on a 2015 VW golf tdi, all the time they never gave up and nor did I, eventually we all came to an agreement on price for the car and my trade in. Two other dealerships gave me a trade in value on my truck but would not negotiate, that told me everything I needed to know about them. Oakley on the other hand just earned a repeat customer, when it's time to look for another vehicle I'm starting with them.
