This dealership is horribly managed, specifically by Chad, who made our experience even worse. Not to mention the terrible condition of the vehicle they sold us. To start, they sold us a car that they couldn’t even “find” the fax report for. On the very first day we got the vehicle, we experienced problems putting gas in it. The gas pump handle had to be held at a very specific angle for it to pump, if it would even work at all. Just a few weeks later, after only a few hundred miles of driving, the Jeep started developing even more serious issues. It began rough idling, losing approximately 6 miles of gas for every mile driven, and struggling to accelerate after coming to a stop at red lights and stop signs. We eventually took it to a dealership near our home, where they discovered even more problems. We paid for a general tune-up, had the spark plugs replaced, and addressed what we could. Unfortunately, none of it resolved the issues, and the vehicle continued to deteriorate. Eventually, the catalytic converter failed, along with the motor. A vehicle sold in genuinely good condition should not develop these kinds of problems after only a few hundred miles. There shouldn’t have ANY undisclosed problems when selling someone a car, like our gas pumping issue they were obviously aware of. What makes this experience even worse is how the dealership has handled our attempts to resolve the situation. We have reached out MULTIPLE times, only to be blocked on social media, have our reviews deleted, and have every single phone call ignored. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership More

I spent 3500 out of pocket. trying to fix the car. They were unable to do so due to a catastrophic engine failure. I purchased a powertrain warranty at the time of purchase. They're also refusing to honor the powertrain, and fix it. The dealership won't return a phone call or email. And now I have to hire an attorney, because I have 20,000 dollars invested into a 12000 dollar paperweight. More
