We appreciated being able to conduct the deal via email and phone because we live about 100 miles north of the dealership. Our local dealer being 30 miles away had a limited inventory. Our time at the dealership was minimal which was a specific request of mine. We were in the financing office in less than 30 minutes and Jacob delivered on all promises.
