Loved the customer service, they were very attentive. However the car itself wasn’t prepared. My boyfriend and I inspected the car and noted that the AC was blowing hot air. We notified our representativ However the car itself wasn’t prepared. My boyfriend and I inspected the car and noted that the AC was blowing hot air. We notified our representative to have the AC recharged and he said we would get a call with an appointment time. We picked up the car September 29 and it’s currently October 19th. The representative called us a week later to see if we ever got the call , it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. The car also needed coolant , the rear blades were not replaced and the Porsche engine cover is missing. So everything is exposed when you open up the hood. Other than that I’m happy with the car. More
