Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As Utah's top-rated dealership for 12 years and counting, we do not take negative comments lightly. We do apologize that the 2021 F-150 you test drove had a check engine light when you arrived. We do our best to make sure all of our vehicles are in good working condition and without issues before we list them for sale. However, with all the technology in higher-end inventory, there are more issues that can happen at any moment. You were informed that the vehicle was under factory warranty, but it was never our expectation that you would take it to ford for the repair. Infact our staff delivered the vehicle to Ford for the warranty repair work shortly after your test drive. The only time we would allow for this to happen is by customer request meaning they just want to buy the car the same day and handle the warranty repair at a later date.
