While getting my oil changed recently, the customer service rep told me I needed new tires. This surprised me as I had purchased new tires not long ago. I left Connelly, returned to the place from whom service rep told me I needed new tires. This surprised me as I had purchased new tires not long ago. I left Connelly, returned to the place from whom I bought the tires, and had them check them. Result? I did not need new tires. Connelly tried to take advantage resulting in a sale of $1,000 tires I didn’t need. Shame on you Connelly Subaru! More
