Jacob was phenomenal to work with, very sweet and made every effort to get the sale. The dealership however, really should ensure every vehicle has two keys. If a key is missing, replace it. That should be standard practice in selling a vehi le at all times. Never have i ever purchased a used vehicle without a spare key. Nor would I again without some reasonable accommodation for it.
