I did not expect to be driving away the same day in a brand new Porsche, but it was meant to be... and Jacob really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He took the time to explain everything to us and he was very patient. Pablo Delgado was also outstanding. As a psychologist, I really appreciate when people honor the dignity of others. I was uneasy about this as we were clearly not in the market for buying but after sharing this with Jacob, he was incredibly kind and enthusiastic about showing us around. He really understood and remembered what it was like as he was that same kid once and he has that same passion turned into customer focus. He really made our weekend into a special trip to Houston! If in the market, I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Jacob... it's a wonderland of inventory, beautiful presentation, and very nice staff! More
