Service appointment was made, I arrived on time but waited over half hour to see a service advisor. The whole point of appointments is to control the flow of customers, but apparently, they don't coord waited over half hour to see a service advisor. The entire service arrival area was a sea of cars. Then due to other customer vehicles in front of mine, it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done. What should have been a 45-minute Express Lane service took almost 3 hours of my Saturday. More

I came to pick up my dodge RAM Laramie after the dealership had it for more than a month. Over the phone they agreed it would be detailed before I picked it up. The truck was given to me dirty! There were stains on the back of the bed - I asked for it to be washed they took ot back over an hour and still returned dirty with the same stains - the manager tried to clean it off himself! I am not pleased with how everything has been handled at this dealership with my brand new truck! More
