I went to this dealership for help with my 2023 Ram and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and the service manager saw it as an opportunity to make a sale even though I had a copy of a Ram form showing that the Ram was capable to pull that weight I needed. They worked only to make a sale, my next move is to contact Ram because this dealership appears to be independent of the factory More

Service appointment was made, I arrived on time but waited over half hour to see a service advisor. The whole point of appointments is to control the flow of customers, but apparently, they don't coord waited over half hour to see a service advisor. The whole point of appointments is to control the flow of customers, but apparently, they don't coordinate the appointment availability with their service advisor availability. The entire service arrival area was a sea of cars. Then due to other customer vehicles in front of mine, it took over 2 hours to get an oil change done. What should have been a 45-minute Express Lane service took almost 3 hours of my Saturday. More
