We agreed on a price and I was then sent to the finance dept. when I returned home the closing statement was Over $6,000 higher than the original statement. I called the salesman (Jaden) multiple times a dept. when I returned home the closing statement was Over $6,000 higher than the original statement. I called the salesman (Jaden) multiple times asking for the sales manager or GM to call me to explain the discrepancy but have not yet received an explanation. I am 74 and have spoken with an Elder Law attorney and he has recommended speaking with the GM first but They will not return my calls. More

Sales guy and manager was straight. Worst part of buy a car is the negotiation. As a buyer we always state what we are able then it back and forth of stress for an hour.
