Totally untouched with customer's needs. Got railroaded on the purchase of this vehicle. The payoff of my trade in was never revealed to me. Extra money was added on top of the MSRP which wa Got railroaded on the purchase of this vehicle. The payoff of my trade in was never revealed to me. Extra money was added on top of the MSRP which wasn't documented at the time I ordered the vehicle. I was promised a tourneau cover at employee discount which never happened. I was told by Jaimin that my first payment was going to be 45 days after I signed all papers, which was a lie ?? I went to the Dealer to speak to someone and was totally ignored. This Dealership needs to start doing business with integrity and Always put customer's needs first. I walked out of there with a huge monthly payment which was way more then I wanted to. Another sneaky practice they used, is running your credit with all these banks after I told them that if Ford didn't approve the loan, I didn't want to do the deal. Now I have all these inquiries on my credit report that did more harm than good. They finally got ford to take the deal after squeezing $8000 out of me and $1300 monthly payments for a truck that cost $62k. They took my trade and offered to get me $2000 which I never saw. My trade had a bunch of add ons which they got for free. Wayne Ford should do the right thing and take back this car, return my trade and call a day. Ridiculous More
