For Traverse we gave everything he asked all information and docs reffered us to the financial sales person but told us they'll just inform us about the application or the loan because it was a Holliday, so I've waited until next day but. Nobody call us then I called Mark to just inform us if the loan was approved he told me he'll me back but never call back it's been like two weeks these people are very unprofessional lazy. Until now Mark never called me back. I am a consumer of Chevrolet and my car had only $2000 balance left and did pay that through out the years and it's almost done. As a consumer do I deserve a little frtom you guys I bought your product at least you inform us that our loan wasn't approved. But you never did. I will never reffer ed bozarth to any of my friends. More

We got a very fair trade in value for our vehicle. I was buying my car at a very good price as well. Great offer, with no back and forth to the infamous "sales manager" figure. Finance was fast and not pushy. Jamie made us laugh if that's possible. Everything that I was promised came to fruition. This has been hands down the best car buying experience that I have had to date. I have since returned to order some accessories for my new vehicle and my parts department transaction was also exceptional. I can't believe how satisfied I am with this car buying experience. More

This guy was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and did not try to pressure me at all. I've bought Chevy before and because of Zito I will return to Ed Bozarth dealerships. He was also dressed very nice and is a definite asset to that dealership. They should be very proud of him. I saw all the awards in his office and I can see they were well deserved. Keep up the great work Jonathon. The finance guy was Jaime Pena he made that experience very easy to handle. I walked out of there and my palms weren't even sweaty. When my truck was delivered to me it was spotless looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great dealership, easy sales and finance experience.
