Excellent service I have two cars that I bring for service to Premier Nissan of SJ. Over 4 years there were a few small mishaps but nothing major. All service advisors I have two cars that I bring for service to Premier Nissan of SJ. Over 4 years there were a few small mishaps but nothing major. All service advisors are fairly nice people. I had particularly good experience with Jaime Ramirez. On multiple occasions he went beyond his standard responsibilities to help me out. Thank you very much! More

Won't be back here again! This experience was absolutely ridiculous. I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a dealership. My wife's Nissan Versa's door handle broke off at This experience was absolutely ridiculous. I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a dealership. My wife's Nissan Versa's door handle broke off at 50k miles. Things happen. We have insurance through our credit union to have it repaired. Called into the service department to make an appointment. They told me that I needed to check with the parts department to see if they have the part first and then get transferred back to them. Which is a odd level of service. It seemingly would make more sense for me to call in, they figure out if they have the part, and help me make an appointment. I ended up in parts. I described the part and then he told me there were 30 different options and I should drive down to see when they could get the part in. Dealerships aren't really my favorite place to visit, so I told him I had a VIN. When I read it to him, he told me I sounded like a train going downhill and to slow down. Weird. He offered to let me pay over the phone, but didn't know how to help me since I had insurance handling it. So he transferred me back to service. To which I actually ended up in the business department after a wait. Who I had to explain my issue to for the 3rd time. She then transferred me to a voicemail. Service -> Parts -> Service -> Business -> Jaime's Voicemail What a waste of time. Will NEVER be going there for anything. More
