I was without car more than 5 days and nobody informed me about that, Two days ago I took the car from the service . Today morning I take the car I tried to open the front window and it doesn't work again and I have to leave my car with open window all day. I call them and a rude manager who works on Sunday he said to me I don't care and I will inform the General manager tomorrow.... More

I bought a car from them three weeks ago trading my car for lease for a VinFast V8 plus 2024. They promised to me that they give me a house charger. I called them to make an appointment for check that in service since one week they didn't answer to me. After a lot of calls they try to send me to another dealer who shaid that he is not available to check my car . I called them again and they said to me we can do that now but after three weeks.
