Not only have WHF help maintained it they have been vigilant in handling product recall and timely repairs that has hamper this product line. I was so pleased that I decided to purchase a 2016 Ford Escape and have received the same quality service. The team is kind, professional and listens to my needs to which they quickly responded to them. I will seek out WHF for all my future automotive needs. More

Credit Report "shotgunned" !!! I have never been turned down for a car loan even with lower scores than what I have now (which isn't terrible), and I have never had my credit report shotgunned. It was explained to me afterward by a reliable source that they couldn't get the terms of financing that they themselves wanted, so my suggestion is to stay clear of this place, especially if you have less than perfect credit, but adequate enough to purchase a vehicle !!!
