Excellent experience with this dealership. We found a vehicle we wanted online (we're out of state) and they worked with us to set up an appointment day/time that would work for us. Vehicle We found a vehicle we wanted online (we're out of state) and they worked with us to set up an appointment day/time that would work for us. Vehicle was exactly as represented. Jake was our salesman and was courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions. Definitely would use Richardson-Gladwin again if it wasn't 350 miles away. More
