Every ensured I had a smooth process, and exceptional customer care. What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty throughout the process. Every detail was clearly explained, and Jamall worked diligently to ensure I received the best possible deal. The technician sat with me to go over ever part of the car. Jamall even came in on his day off to be with me since he knew this was my first car purchase. The level of customer care did not end when I drove off the lot. Jamall followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and to answer any additional questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership and if possible ask for Jamall Thompson.
