This was our fourth lease of an Audi Q3 and Jim handled all four of the transactions. He handled the whole process extremely well and very efficiently. He also was extremely helpful in learning all of the all four of the transactions. He handled the whole process extremely well and very efficiently. He also gave us the contact information for the newly technology expert in case we needed any additional assistance after the transaction was completed. In the 10 years that we have dealt with Jim for all 4 of our Lease transactions, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any issues that arose during the ordering process all the way to the delivery and closing of the lease transactons.
