My wife and i just picked up our newly leased GV80. Gray with vanilla interior. The car is absolutely gorgeous! To sum it up my experience was white glove service. I’ve been buying cars since 1995 and have bought several cars from Competition Auto Group but my time at Genesis of Smithtown was phenomenal. Cordell Gordon was very knowledgeable of the product line and had a no pressure approach. He took care of everything from the test drives to all of the arrangements for my trade-in, registration, insurance, etc and made everything very low effort for me. He was courteous and extremely professional, and highly recommend working with him. Darlene Titus, the Finance Manger, was a pleasure to work with as usual. This was not my first time working with her - she provided me with the options for financing and extended warranties as well as the xxxxxxand con's.
