I just purchased a civic lx from trust Palmdale Honda and xxxx if I don’t feel like I got ripped off again. For over 12 years I have been coming back to this place for my lease and every time there are issue xxxx if I don’t feel like I got ripped off again. For over 12 years I have been coming back to this place for my lease and every time there are issues even when I stated exactly what I can afford and what my needs are. James the salesman, I’ve worked with every time , is always friendly and honest, as best he can be. But once it goes to “his manager “ everything goes out the window. It’s very frustrating and I have never walked out the door feeling good about the purchase. I love the civic and again the salesperson James is great. The rest of the financial process is a nightmare. Every time. More
