I have to say, we had the best service ever at Temecula Hyundai from James Creguer (Sales Person) and Shawn Smiley (Finance Manager)! There was no pressure, we were able to take our time looking and James Hyundai from James Creguer (Sales Person) and Shawn Smiley (Finance Manager)! Hyundai have some great features in their vehicles, I must say, we were very impressed! Will recommend Temecula Hyundai to our family and friends! More

Super easy We found this vehicle online and submitted a request for a quote. A short time later James Creguer contacted us back. After providing some informati We found this vehicle online and submitted a request for a quote. A short time later James Creguer contacted us back. After providing some information on a quote from a more local dealership in the Coachella Valley, he was able to get us a very competitive price and 0.0% financing. We made an appointment for the next day. Online we were only allowed to enter one person's information for a credit app (there is not a joint application available) so this slowed us down just a bit. After getting back the final price (which is what was quoted) we left to go to the bank to get a cashier's check for the down payment. We were at the bank longer than the dealership. When it came to signing the papers, the finance manager (Chris I think) did talk us into the HPP (Hyundai PrePaid maintenance). I know that Hyundai comes with three years of prepaid maintenance, but it is for only 1 service per year. Thy Hyundai recommended oil change frequency is every 3750 miles to keep your warranty intact, which if you drive your car, will come really fast. The HPP covers all maintenance costs that the warranty requires and breaks down to roughly $325/year so it is a good deal. This includes major service benchmark services at 30K and 50K miles. It is good for 6 years or 90K miles, and over time will save us a small fortune (and that is at today's service pricing). All in all, we feel that our experience was the quickest, most straight forward, and smoothest car buying experience we have yet had. Thanks Hyundai of Temecula, James, and Chris! More
