I purchased my 2026 Subaru Outback Limited XT here because they offered the best overall package. They worked hard to win the sale, and all the staff involved were highly professional and unphased by because they offered the best overall package. There were no high pressure sales tactics upon closing the deal to purchase an extended warranty/protection/maintenance plan. They promised to follow up in a week to see whether I have questions about the car. Every person I dealt with at the dealership was welcoming, polite, considerate, and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience from the first interaction to the last. James Flores, May Flores handled the quoting and negotiation and Jerry Lopata closed the sale. Post-sale, Mike Goch gave a detailed personal tour of the features and how to set them up. The level of service from all was superb. I would buy again from this dealership and highly recommend it. At the risk of sounding cliche; at Liberty you get more than a sales rep you get a team or family. I have the annoying habit of just stopping in and if Charles is busy someone is willing to help without making me feel as though I'm putting them out. They work hard to find what you want and make sure it's a good fit. Even after the deal is done they continue work on your behalf. Also, the service department is wonderful! I know this because I just traded in my 10 year old; 195,000 mile Subaru that I purchased here new 10 years ago. Can't recommend them enough. More
