I rate the sales department a 4, but I'm disappointed in their shop. I've had the pickup less than a month, and have taken it back to the dealership twice. The issue is a slip indicator reacting for no reas their shop. I've had the pickup less than a month, and have taken it back to the dealership twice. The issue is a slip indicator reacting for no reason and activating my ABS. It's unsafe to drive, but yet they send me home in it anyway. I have told them on several occasions what the problem is, but I'm ignored. I took a video of the problem and sent to my salesman to show the service manager, but the service manager will not call me back. I have a positive, they have provided me with a loaner vehicle. I'm not asking much, just to be listened to, and for the shop team to take this issue seriously. (2015 Nissan Frontier) Thanks, RB Price More

James was quick to respond to my questions. I was looking at a vehicle that Jim Glover had, but by the time they called me back it was too late, James had already sold me the Nissan. They stayed open late as we drove from 100 miles away to test drive the car. We ended up buying it! Great people to work with, no nonsense, upfront and professional. The employees kept saying that their owner, Mark Allen, was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. My first salesperson, Jacob Smith, was extremely attentive, searching multiple was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. My first salesperson, Jacob Smith, was extremely attentive, searching multiple dealerships for cars that suited my needs and sending me links to options. Then, Jacob referred me to my on-site salesperson at the Sapulpa location, James Hoppe. James was honestly a shining star. His insistence on a deeper level of customer service was constant. He listened, he went to work for me, and he followed up. The sales manager, Scott, worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with. After being disappointed by other dealerships, I wound up being thrilled with this dealership and it's employees. A 5-star experience. More
