The gentleman that assisted us with our car repair was very condescending. We had brought our car in for a recall issue and then a day later the check engine light came back on. When we brought it back he very condescending. We had brought our car in for a recall issue and then a day later the check engine light came back on. When we brought it back he indicated they already fixed it and it wouldn't be covered under the recall item again. Then proceeding to tell us that it needed a new catalytic converter...wouldn't you have known that when we brought it in a few days earlier? More
