Dealer was honest but did not fight for me or my issue. Attempted to get battery recall, dealer recommended battery change but machine wouldn’t give “fail” to warranty. Was charged for battery test despite them telling me my battery was bad and could not help me. Paid for test, was given inconsistent results, and left without any progress towards fixing my car. Dealer could have fought for me but left me frustrated and down $60 and wasted a day of my time. Shared frustrations with service writer and was told “you’re getting screwed but there’s nothing I can do”. Very poor representation of ford More
