I had the pleasure of working with James Saher at Four Star Nissan's service department, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. James's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I Star Nissan's service department, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. James's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was completed efficiently and to my utmost satisfaction. The place was exceptionally clean. The employees were very kind and efficient. Everything was explained as it should be.
