James Seher is the Service Advisor that I prefer to contact when I bring my Kicks in for service. He always greets me with a smile and takes care of the services on my vehicle. Whenever I take my vehicle to Four Stars Nissan of Denton, my Service Advisor (James Seher) is always there to greet me and take care of my vehicle needs (service/repair). Each service is a quick turn-around and I like that Four Stars Nissan offers a shuttle service, if needed. More

When I made an appointment to replace a recalled part on my Nissan, I'd been told over the phone to expect to leave my car all day. So, that evening I brought my to the service garage, just before closing. The friendly and helpful staff took my keys and car and then I got my ride home, anticipating a day without a car. Imagine my surprise when I got a text at 9 a.m. the next day that my car was ready! I'm really pleased by the efficiency and clear communication of the employees at Four Stars Nissan and will recommend them to others. More
