We have used the service center several times. This was not the best experience for us. First, when we brought the car in, there were several service advisors present and even though we walked in This was not the best experience for us. First, when we brought the car in, there were several service advisors present and even though we walked in they waited quite a bit of time before addressing us. There were no other customers present. We needed to leave the car overnight for the recall that need done. Not a problem. I received a text the next afternoon from either the system or Richard (don't know which) about doing additional services, which I declined. I didn't know if the car was ready or not. I called the dealership to speak with Richard in the service department several times only to have it go straight to voice mail. On the 3rd time, I spoke with the receptionist and told her Richard wasn't answering. I asked to speak with anyone in the service department. She was very kind and asked if she could find someone back there and have them call me back. I said okay. No more than 5 minutes later, I believe it was James that called me back and said he could find out the status of the vehicle, which was indeed ready. He said Richard was in training all day. He took my payment over the phone and my daughter was able to pick the car up., service completed. I don't fault Richard for being in training, but there should be a process where if a service advisor who is handling customers is going to be away the next day, someone should pick that up seamlessly. James was polite and helpful. More

James's expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was completed efficiently and to my utmost satisfaction. James's dedication to providing excellent customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend him and Four Star Nissan's service repair shop for their exceptional care and expertise. More
