I reached out to the dealership regarding a Telsa Model 3 Performance. James Sierra was quick to reach out regarding my interest. The entire process was smooth and simple. James provided me pictures, vide Performance. James Sierra was quick to reach out regarding my interest. The entire process was smooth and simple. James provided me pictures, video of the auto prior to making the deal. Tony in finance was also few helpful. The entire purchase was done remotely, and sight unseen. The entire purchase was done in a matter of hours the same day. Once the loan was funded, transport was arranged and a week later my Telsa showed up, charged and ready to go. The auto arrived just as the pictures and video reflected. I contacted James once the Telsa arrived and he transferred ownership via the Tesla app immediately. Temp tag was inside the auto and ready to go. Title work was sent to my preferred tag agency within a week of delivery. I cant say enough great things about James and Tony at Drive a Dream. If you unsure about buying a car remotely or sight unseen, this is the place to do business with. James and Tony will take GREAT care of you from start to finish. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership with James and fully regret it! The car was shipped from GA to CA, upon arrival the truck driver had purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealership with James and fully regret it! The car was shipped from GA to CA, upon arrival the truck driver had to jump the car TWICE as the battery was dead. I was so stressed driving this car and had to jump it later several times until I was able to take it to Porsche. I was also promised I would receive a level 1 and level 2 chargers for the car. Well guess what, it wasn't in the car. I was then told they would ship the charger. I receive the package and instead of a Porsche charger I get a TESLA charger instead that doesn't even fit the port for my car. I also noticed the car came without any floor mats. The manager Kenny emailed me giving me an option for myself to go directly to Porsche to buy the promised parts under the premise that he would send me a check on the mail after receiving the invoice. I purchased the parts, sent him the invoice and was met with a short and resistant response asking me if I had already bought the parts and that he "suddenly" had the distribution department "find" the charger. I responded saying I did purchased it after I got confirmation via email by him to do so. Well, I've contacted him twice and have now been ghosted. At this point I will be contacting an attorney to take legal action as I have plenty of evidence, emails, texts and video of the car being jumped by the driver who delivered the car. Read all the horrible reviews this place has on Yelp and stay away if you don't want to deal with this nightmare. More
