I felt extremely important and the employee was very attentive. I have visited this specific dealership many times, and although the overall all staff has been generally nice, this young man was except attentive. I have visited this specific dealership many times, and although the overall all staff has been generally nice, this young man was exceptional. I actually told a couple of friends about his kindness later that day. I had never seen this young man before at this location, so I'm guessing he's relatively new...not sure. But good job Kia, he was a rock star, especially now days when customer service sucks!!! He was a breath of fresh air. Thanks!! More
