*Long review* *I was sold a car WITHOUT A TITLE and they could not obtain it. Communication is terrible* With all of the 5 star reviews, I thought that I would have had a great experience but I DID NOT. My could not obtain it. Communication is terrible* With all of the 5 star reviews, I thought that I would have had a great experience but I DID NOT. My husband and myself went in there to purchase a vehicle and initially I had a good experience. Troy Burke and Mark were pleasant but were extremely pushy. They asked me what type of vehicle I wanted and what type of payment I could afford and they DID NOT honor my choices. Reluctantly, we agreed to a car (a white Jeep Compass) that was much more than what we initially asked for. We then went in and sat with Jamie (the guy dealing with the paperwork) who was, again, initially pleasant but was pushy and we signed paperwork we were hesitant to sign. Jamie then proceeded to print out a 60 DAY TEMP TAG FOR MISSOURI. I thought that was strange but ignored the warning signs. The TITLE WAS NOT IN THE PAPERWORK. I waited and waited. NOTHING. 30 days passed and my car payment didn't come out of my bank account. I called Cable Dahmer and spoke to Mark who said that he didn't deal with payments and I needed to call the loan officer. Cool... I called the loan company and they COULD NOT FIND MY LOAN!!! I was a little confused so I called Cable Dahmer back and spoke to JAMIE. He said that they could not obtain the title to the vehicle and I had to return it. My husband and myself being (rightfully) upset, went back to Cable Dahmer and confronted Jamie. He seemed apologetic ONLY because he was confronted. He then proceeded to say that he was going to call us the next day to discuss what we could do. He stated that if we could give him another week or two, the dealership would pay the late registration fees for the car. I agreed (silly me). I waited the next day and received no phone call. I waited a second day and didn't receive a phone call. Now I am beyond furious because he has not called me to tell me what's happening. My husband and I go up there highly upset and neither Mark, Troy or Jamie is nowhere to be found. I wanted to confront them and ask them why did they sell me a car without a title. I asked to speak to a manager who unluckily felt the brunt of my anger. I was refunded my down payment. I am upset at the fact that no one called me to communicate ANYTHING with me. If I hadn't called regarding my car payment not coming out of my bank account, I would have been told nothing. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE unless you are there trying to get a car. They are all in your face being nice and friendly SNAKES until you have an issue. I called Jamie a COWARD because that is what he is to me. He never called to communicate anything about the missing title. I REGRET GOING TO DAHMER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I went to another car place and was treated with dignity and respect AND I RECEIVED THE TITLE!!!!!!!! More

Cable Dahmer has a Mark of Excellence, and for the life of me I can’t figure out how. I have had a nightmare of a time purchasing a car, something that should be exciting. I have never experienced such a l of me I can’t figure out how. I have had a nightmare of a time purchasing a car, something that should be exciting. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service with an absolute disregard for their customers as I have with Cable Dahmer. I came to Cable Dahmer in early May to test drive a used car. Only had 15k miles on it and the AC didn't work. Of course they would have that fixed and I’d buy it and be on my way. How laughable. Over a month passed before it was fixed and I was finally able to finally purchase the car. Cable Dahmer blamed the VW they took it to for services. At the time of purchase, they didn't have the title; they said it would be mailed to me once received. 2 months passed, nearing the expiration of my temporary plates and no title, so I reached out. Cable Dahmer blamed the auction. Weeks passed and still nothing. Cable Dahmer blamed the DMV. And now here I am in August (4 months since the beginning of this headache) and I STILL do not have my title and my plates are over a month passed due. Not to mention absolutely NO communication from multiple departments within this company. I have spoken Sales, with Titling, with Accounting, and even with management. I have left many many messages and received 0 calls back. I have gone in person and they always have someone or something to blame. Except for themselves. Cable Dahmer takes no responsibility for the fact that they first sold a car without being fully inspected that basic systems worked AND without ever having the title of ownership to be selling the car in the first place (this is illegal BTW). Coming from a Marketing Industry and focus in Client Service, I am beyond baffled at how this business is even still running. It makes me sick. Take my word for it. Don't give this company a penny of your business because they have no problem screwing you over at the end of the day nor do they value your money or you as a customer. I will never be utilizing Cable Dahmer for any services again and recommend the same for you. You're welcome. More

New Tahoe I really wasn’t in the market for a new Tahoe. But unfortunately i was rear ended by a semi in early May. The longer it took to work through insurance I really wasn’t in the market for a new Tahoe. But unfortunately i was rear ended by a semi in early May. The longer it took to work through insurance on details of the repair the anxiety i had about driving it. Amanda called to see what they needed to do to get me in a new Tahoe. I started the process with Jim who was wonderful! Kelly really knocked the service out of the park closing with me! I bought my 2012 Tahoe from Jamie and working with him this time on the financing worked out really well. I’m very grateful for everyone’s patience and VERY happy with my new 2018 Tahoe!! More
