When I first called Laura Automotive Jamie answered the phone, I was peppering her with tough questions about their prices. Jamie could tell I was somewhat skeptical. She immediately reassured me that the price on the website was the price was accurate. Still skeptical but really wanting the vehicle, the next morning before sunrise I drove over 2 hours to Sullivan, MO to talk with Jamie in person. From the minute I pulled in the dealership to driving away in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I knew this was the best experience we've ever had buying a new car. My husband and I both said this was a WONDERFUL experience and we will never buy a vehicle anywhere else but Laura. The entire team was so nice and helpful. They greeted me with a good ole' Missouri friendly welcome and continued to be sincere the entire time. It all comes down to being honest and customer service. I was also dealing with Bayird Chrysler in West Plains, MO. These prices are real! I walked out the door with a new 2018 crew cab 4x4 Ram pickup for $27,900.00. No BS, they did exactly what they said they would do. Bayird was telling me the whole time that it was "Bait and Switch". It was not. Laura's price was $4100 lower than Bayird in West Plains and cheaper than any other dealer I could find in MO. You don't have to haggle either. They give you the best price right up front. Amazing! A whole new way of doing business. More

I am not rating full 5 stars because after a week of waiting to have it replaced we still hadn’t heard from them so I had to call and remind them. Also we were told they’d fill tank before we left but they didn’t, we had a little less than half a tank. And the van could have been cleaner, there was dog hair and dirt on the seats. More
