And friendly being the most important. Again he treated me like family, not just a person coming through an assembly line for some type of service. I’m meticulous, a perfectionist, hard to please. Believe me if I’m pleased with their attitudes and work, and I emphasize attitude, then they are on their game. A “10” for Shannon Dillion and same for my technician. David Rish More
