Asked that it be completely detailed before we picked it up. Outside and inside looked great. But did not clean at all under the hood, the trunk or even inside the gas cap. So, we started looking online at lo We've needed to purchase a new vehicle for a few years now. We woke up yesterday and said today is the day for it. So, we started looking online at local dealerships to narrow down what we wanted. Quickly Knippelmier stood out as the dealership to work with which narrowed down our vehicle decision as well. Their website was easy to navigate, no hidden costs or fees so I was able to figure out our financing well before we ever stepped foot into the dealership. There was one unforeseen price difference but it wasn't enough to throw us off nor was it the fault of anyone there that we didn't qualify for one of the rebates. The staff was amazing. Cody was quick to answer all my questions, even multiple times, by phone before we got there and was thorough in showing us the features of the vehicle and other vehicles without being pushy at all, also he stayed past his time to leave to make sure we understood everything before transferring to us to another staff member. Jaime took over and did an equally amazing job of covering all the paperwork details and a 2nd go over of everything in the car before we left the lot, even staying past closing time. Jase in financing was fantastic and all the other staff members were very welcoming. At no time did we feel pressured or that we were getting the run around about anything. We are so thankful that we chose to make the drive to Knippelmier and we will definitively buy from them again! More

There was no panic by the salesman that we were going to leave and think about it. He even told us "Hey do whatever you need, no pressure." We did decide to buy and went to financing. This is usually when I get the big push for extras. I told the guy I wasn't interested and he so "okay" and went on, no big push. Really a positive experience, would recommend and will go back when we need to buy again! More
