Been a Beau Townsend Ford customer for 16 years. I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service cen I have been personally responsible for myself; friends and family purchasing 9 vehicles. Took my truck for A/C repair to their quick lane service center. They replaced my compressor and charged me $1,400. It quit working, took it back they wanted to charge me an additional $900 for a leak. When complained they basically bullied me. Called their General Manager "Jamie Spencer" and he did not bother to call me back. Was getting ready to purchase a new truck.
