I have had nothing but problems out of my 2018 dodge First my car had 49 miles it’s sold to me as new car I bought car in first complaint rotors rusted on brand new car and a strong burning smell they to First my car had 49 miles it’s sold to me as new car I bought car in first complaint rotors rusted on brand new car and a strong burning smell they told me oh that’s from car sitting it will rub off and the burning smell will go away the technician probably left so plastic on car I should have gave car back then I said ok took car burning smell went away rust went off but know my brakes sticking I have took car in for several issues all I get is blown off that’s normal that’s normal we didn’t find anything had oil leak they made it worse they suck the technician Jason had oil all over my car after service was preformed he said I thought they were going to wash it manager Brian just said sorry then take the car home oil leak wasn’t even fixed still leaking had to take car back twice went back next day they told me Jason wasn’t in bring car back Monday because the same technician worked on it had to fix it come back Monday oh we forgot Jason is on vacation will have someone else look at it it was still leaking he said he found leak using dye an I was never compensated just sorry it’s fixed now I had noise popping sound coming from back Jason said he finally after how times I bought car in heard the noise an he tightened the axles what kind of fix is that really I still here the noise today the brakes sticking I was told that’s normal the sunroof opens closes on its own the radio shuts off says amps too hot they told me they reset the uconnect I’m still having same problems popping sound when I put car in gear sticking with the brakes shaking rattling at start up all I was told that’s normal what Really they suck from technicians to the manager Brian these things are not normal I been bringing this car in since i bought it I pay 700 dollars a month I just want my car fixed what’s wrong with that i clearly here clicking noise when I put it in gear I heard a tech representative say to a tech I really need this fixed right don’t give it to a young tech give to an older one talking about someone else s car that’s been in twice for service it just not right what is going on there i really don’t even want the car anymore I don’t even want to go in to that service department ever horrible experience I will never recommend or buy any car from dodge highland More

The worst experience with a dealership I have ever experienc Thomas Dodge has been just awful as far as my vehicle experience. I was sold a car that had illegal tint on the windows I found out because I was pul Thomas Dodge has been just awful as far as my vehicle experience. I was sold a car that had illegal tint on the windows I found out because I was pulled over for this, the USB ports do not work, the safety locks on 1 side of the wheels are stripped and they want to charge me $135 just to attempt to remove them (this is how the car was sold to me), the back up camera quit working after less than 1 year, and the list goes on. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They are so unaccommidating AND they act as if the literally don't give a xxxx. All they seem to care about is selling cars off their lot and not customer satisfaction. If I could give this dealership/service experience a zero star rating, I would! More

Obeying Manual Instructions I came n 2 get an oil change I asked for 10W30 oil which is n my manual and printed on my oil cap. The service advisor Mr. J R Teslow came out 2 tel I came n 2 get an oil change I asked for 10W30 oil which is n my manual and printed on my oil cap. The service advisor Mr. J R Teslow came out 2 tell me that they didn't have any 10W30 bcause many vehicles do not use that brand any more that they have 2 go out and get some it will only take a few more minutes, I told him NP. I really do appreciate that bcause I know 4 a fact that 10W30 work's best 4 my vehicle. next time I'll bring the oil with me! More

Not good This was the first time I've brought a vehicle her for service. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is covered under the Jeep Wave program. I came This was the first time I've brought a vehicle her for service. I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is covered under the Jeep Wave program. I came in for the first oil change/tire rotation. I had seen your ads in the paper about the express lane and that drive-ups are welcome. So that's what I did - I just drove up. I was told the that to do both jobs it would take a little over an hour. I didn't have that time available so I said to just do the oil change that day. An hour after I walked away from the car I went to the cashier to ask if she could find out why it was taking so long. I don't remember what her response was but I walked up to the showroom and saw my Jeep outside the door and the service rep walking toward me. I asked him why it took so long for just an oil change and he said it was because I didn't have an appointment. What?? Then take "drive-ups welcome" off of your express service ads. More
