With a background in Learning & Development and Corporate HR, she developed expertise in project management, training, instructional design, and relationship building before transitioning into operations and hospitality. Janell is driven by the belief that genuine connections are what transform a business into a true community, and she is dedicated to ensuring every customer interaction feels welcoming and memorable. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a focus in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing, Janell approaches her work with curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to helping others feel they belong. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring arts and crafts, discovering new coffee spots, staying active outdoors, and spending time with her pomeranian and tuxedo cat.
