Things were apprehensive at first on my end and I told them I would have to try again at a later time. When I was ready the following week they still had my information and we picked up where we left off at. I got the car I wanted. They stayed in my price range and once again delivered the car to me!!! I DID EVERYTHING FROM HOME. The car had one minor problem and the part was ordered and replaced the same week I purchased the car. I will be referring people to them. This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. ASK FOR JANIE AND JEFFREY!!! They will NOT disappoint!!! More

She answered my questions, provided detailed information about the car, and made the process feel easy from the start. When we arrived at the dealership, Janie unfortunately wasn’t there, but Rosa stepped in and took great care of us. She helped complete the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. Tracy from the finance department was also wonderful to work with. We came in already pre-approved through our bank, but she still took the time to check if she could find us a better deal and walked us through all the paperwork. One thing I really appreciated was that the team stayed open after their scheduled hours because I let them know I was coming from out of town. That level of customer service meant a lot and made the whole experience even better. Overall, the entire team was professional, helpful, and made the car-buying process a positive one.
