Janie was very accommodating from the moment I stepped in the dealership, answered all my questions and provided the info I needed. The next day Rosa was wonderful, helped with the test drive and then closin the dealership, answered all my questions and provided the info I needed. After searching far and wide, we found the exact vehicle we had been looking for at Apple Lease Returns. We weren't sure what to think since we had never heard of this place. But we are so glad we decided we had been looking for at Apple Lease Returns. We weren't sure what to think since we had never heard of this place. But we are so glad we decided to go with them. From the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we walked out with our new vehicle, our experience with them was nothing but pleasant. The vehicle we chose had some minor details that needed to be addressed (which was noted as part of the deal) and both Janie and Randy personally made sure everything was taken care of. Signing our contract with Traci was super smooth, quick and painless. We will definitely shop with Apple Lease Returns for our next vehicle. It will be the first place we look. Thank you again Janie, Randy, Traci and the rest of the crew that we did not get to interact with, for having such an awesome environment and making car shopping enjoyable! More
