Great overall experience! Was looking to get a new vehicle and have always had great experiences with Toyotas. We knew we wanted a 2019 Rav4 and Nathan helped us go through our Was looking to get a new vehicle and have always had great experiences with Toyotas. We knew we wanted a 2019 Rav4 and Nathan helped us go through our options. He was very detailed and explained us everything. Once we found the one we wanted, he took us for a test drive and took time to go over all the features. We ended up getting the 2019 Rav4 Limited (love it so much!) and Nathan helped us through every process, never once felt rushed or confused. The dealership itself was very pleasant and everyone was great to deal with. Shoutout to ToyotaTown London, Ont for the amazing car and great experience. Thank you to Nathan for being so patient and a quiality sales person. Look forward to my next experience there! - Emma More

Wonderful Experience! The moment you walk into Toyoto Town you realize they are not like other dealerships, the atomosphere is very relaxing and comfortable with zero press The moment you walk into Toyoto Town you realize they are not like other dealerships, the atomosphere is very relaxing and comfortable with zero pressure to buy. My husband and I had been car shopping all morning dealing with the pressure of different salesmen who didn’t seem to care about our experience buying a car and instead just wanted to make a sale. (We knew we didn’t want to buy a car from someone who only wanted the sale) so we left every dealership that pressured us. We decided to give Toyota Town a try and within a few minutes of meeting Nathan we knew he was the guy we wanted to buy a car from. Nathan made us feel comfortable and relaxed, he took the time to answer all of our questions and didn’t make us feel pressured. The experience Nathan gave us completely blew our expectations out of the water, we we’re beyond happy with the vehicle we purchased and walked out with the biggest smiles on our faces!! Anyone going into Toyota Town ask for Nathan and Ask for Janine for the finance department because she too was fantastic! Thanks again Nathan and Janine at Toyota Town!! - Carrie & Kyle Roy. More
