We went just to look at the CX 90. We were not in a position to buy, but there are no pushy attitude made it impossible not to try to make a deal. The sales people were good, and the price was fair but I'm very disappointed in the CPO inspection process. I've only had the 23 Mazda cx-9 for a little over a week and the brakes are squeaking in parkin I'm very disappointed in the CPO inspection process. I've only had the 23 Mazda cx-9 for a little over a week and the brakes are squeaking in parking lots and shimmy when engaging at highway speed. The tires are also vibrating at highway speed and have developed a couple of small bulges on the sidewall. The tires are new...but a brand I've never heard of, so I'm guessing they were cheap. I was specifically looking for a CPO so i could avoid these issues. I don't live in Asheville, so taking it back to the Fields dealer is highly inconvenient. My understanding is the CPO certification involves inspecting all these components...but I don't think the service department did a good job with this. More

My experience was less than positive. I arrived at my 7:30 appointment to be told they didn't open until 7:40. When I bought the car, they promised car washes and loaners. When I asked for the car wash again at 7:30 am, they said it could take an extra 30-45 minutes because they could get busy, For the oil change and tire rotation, it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. When I shared an issue I had with my screen, they said it would have to be a really serious problem for them to be able to help me. What? A friend who worked for another company easily reviewed the issues and quickly provided details on known issues. - Also, I mentioned that the last time I came in, I asked for an inspection, but they told me it had already been done. So they didn't do it. (I received a ticket later for this.) I mentioned it to the dealership, and he just shrugged and said I don't know. It was a fukk two hours before I got my car back, no wash, no loaner, no help for my screen issue, no apology, no one chatted with me about my experience. They just ignored all of it. I'll go out of my way to purchase my next Mazda. This dealership is worthless. More
