I found a 2025 Toyota Sienna available at the Heritage Toyota in Harrisburg. The majority of the work was done over the phone on a Saturday. I was nervous that the trade value for my vehicle would not b Toyota in Harrisburg. The majority of the work was done over the phone on a Saturday. I was nervous that the trade value for my vehicle would not be honored and was worried about traveling 3.5 hours from Pittsburgh to be told that something had gone wrong with the deal. Scott assured me that whatever was decided on Saturday would be honored on Monday when I picked up the new vehicle. Once I arrived on Monday, most of the paperwork was ready to go. The van was in final detail and finished while I finished up with Madeline in finance. Stiles facilitated everything else and toured the new van and took care of my trade. With the exception of having to drive from Pittsburgh to pick it up, it was a great experience. Do not hesitate to negotiate a deal of the phone with this dealership. More
