VERY POOR SERVICE when i scheduled my first oil change pick up - leaving my car at my house so it would be close for them to pick up.... told it would be ready that d when i scheduled my first oil change pick up - leaving my car at my house so it would be close for them to pick up.... told it would be ready that day by 5 - i finally called them around 5 was told it would not be ready until the next day...... remind you this was an oil chg. called for my second oil change.,... not wanting to chance having them pick up my car... i would bring it in... told it would be approx 7- 8 days before they had an opening... or i could just come in and wait.... took it to jiffy lube. this week i did not get the code for the outside door lock. when we leased the car... was told to just come in - would take 10 minutes..... my husband took it in yesterday..... and was there over two hours..... I love my car but so for the customer service has been AWFUL!!!!!!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND More

Thr best car buying buying experience I have had. I have bought at many dealerships in my life and found many of them unsatisfactory. The most common issues with other dealerships were: 1. Bait an I have bought at many dealerships in my life and found many of them unsatisfactory. The most common issues with other dealerships were: 1. Bait and Switch -- (They say they have the vehicle but they don't when you arrive.) 2. They give you a good deal on the car and try to steal your trade (Low Balling it.) 3. Shady finance departments, 4. That "back and forth" with the manager. Don Davis does NOT engage in these type of tactics. As for Don Davis Ford... I have used them to service my Ford vehicles for a few years. Since they have an excellent service department, I decided to try doing business with their sales department. I found the vehicle I wanted online and asked about it. I've had the best car buying experience I ever had with any dealer I have bought a vehicle from. In short, they were honest and straightforward. 1. I had a clean honest deal. They went over it to make sure you understand what's going on, 2. My experience in the finance department was also a clean deal. They also went over everything to make sure you understand what you are agreeing to. (No shady tactics. No pushing unnecessary add-ons.) I was told I was going to get a License Plate BRACKET for free, agreement was no honored. Instead I was given a frame, which is not a BRACKET and I didn't take because that's not what I needed. Also, my truck had 2 recalls, dealership didn't do one of them because it doesn't get COLD enough in Texas. Sales personnel are always welcoming, went it comes to getting another car, I'd definitely go back. For Service, I will try to find a different dealership. More

Fun Experience Jared and Chad were great to work with. Jared was friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. If he didn't have an answer, he worked quickly to get it.
