Excellent Service We purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz from Jarrett. He and GQ bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. There were was a nick in the wind We purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz from Jarrett. He and GQ bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. There were was a nick in the windshield, which they offered to repair. We came back to Newport News and found it had already been repaired once so a new windshield was needed. When we called back to the dealership, they offered and paid for a brand new MB factory windshield. I admire them for their follow through! More

After an initial meeting the car dealer informed me that instead of getting a used car I could possibly get a new one! He braught me across the street and I drove off in a new Nissan!
