Jarrett was the absolute best. He made the process so smooth. He did not try giving me that same old car salesmen spill. He instead listened to what I was looking for and kept everything spot on. smooth. He did not try giving me that same old car salesmen spill. They added window tint on the vehicle which had bubbling, I took it to get redone, and the rear glass still had issues. I called the sales rep who set up the redo of the window tint when I noticed it, I was I took it to get redone, and the rear glass still had issues. I called the sales rep who set up the redo of the window tint when I noticed it, I was already 45 mins from the dealership, I informed him of this and he told me to bring it back in. I turn around and he's not in so I speak with the managers who inform the window tinters were clocked out/gone for the night. They managed to find one of the guys who worked with the window tint company who stated he didn't have the kit, but would order it and I would hear back to set up something. I informed them I could not take another day off work to deal with this, so I ask if it's possible to set up something for a Saturday, the window tinter said that we could, and the used car sales manager informed me that my sales rep would call me to set it up. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. More

The dealership went above and beyond to help us purchase a new vehicle. The process was quick and easy. It was so easy that my husband went back and bought a truck.
