In April of this year, 2026. I saw a 2022 Camaro online and contacted this dealership, Tim Short Honda, Ivel, Kentucky, about purchasing the car. I was told that the car was in g I saw a 2022 Camaro online and contacted this dealership, Tim Short Honda, Ivel, Kentucky, about purchasing the car. I was told that the car was in great shape so I made the decision from that and the pictures that were on the website to purchase the car. I had it delivered across the country to my home. I was shocked when it arrived to find out that it had multiple issues/damage. I contacted the dealership, Mason Mead and Jared Sloan about the issues. They were not surprised at all and said they wanted to support me through the repair process. That amounted to all talk and no action. I told them that I had a family member that would install the parts and not charge me labor and they thanked me for being so honest about that I guess I was naive to expect the same honesty from them in return, becausewhen I let them know how much the parts cost and when the repairs were done, their support stopped. I spent just under $500 on a new windshield because the one that it came with was cracked clear across the driver side and just over $900 on other parts that needed to be replaced. Below is listed all the parts and their prices that had to be replaced. Parts for 2022 Camaro: Door panel $319.95 Lower grill $98.14 Lower Radiator Air Baffle $162.11 Bumper molding: $69.37 Revit plastic clips $7.78 Plastic clips $7.59 Fender retainer clips. $13.87 Condenser $82.71 Front Driver Side Outer Grille Opening Bezel $88.39 Touch up paint: $18.05 Clips that were missing under car light $47.40 Windshield replacement $493.98 Total $1401.34 I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership and these people be very careful, check out the car, have a mechanic look at it, etc. More

Purchased a 2021 Hyuandi that I seen on the internet. Once the car was delivered to me by the dealership, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. I immediately called the Dealership and spoke Once the car was delivered to me by the dealership, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. I immediately called the Dealership and spoke with the sales person and told him about the crack. He said, “oh, we aren’t allowed to sale them with cracks, we missed it and didn’t notice it”. “I will have to get with the finance guy and see what to do and get back with you”. Well, I’m the one who had to get back with the finance guy as noon came and hadn’t heard a word. The finance guy was like well we will have to talk with the girls that delivered the vehicle and see if they noticed it or if anything hit the windshield during delivery. I never heard anything back and had to call again the next day. The finance guy lead me to believe they were going to replace the windshield. However, it was only a repair technician whom said it could be repaired. So they repaired. I asked the finance guy if I could bring it back since I had only had it since Wednesday. He said no, it is yours. No satisfaction guaranteed. Do not buy from this dealership. Also, if they know your back is against the wall, the will tell you you can only get this deal if you purchase the Compass theft protection. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. More

They are very professional but not so friendly. The service dept did say good morning or how are you doing. Just ask what I needed so quiet. Needs more curtious to the customers.
