Terrible time trying to get 60k service. I made an appointment for 1 pm and I sat until 3:45 with no update. I was informed that my truck hadn’t even been taken back to the shop yet, so I re I made an appointment for 1 pm and I sat until 3:45 with no update. I was informed that my truck hadn’t even been taken back to the shop yet, so I requested my truck. I left with no service performed. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. I will not come back to this dealership for repair. More
